Join Anton Donaldson for and unforgettable fishing experience. Anton has been a passionate fisherman his entire life and has turned his passion into his profession. He has been a professional fly fishing guide for the past decade and knows how to catch the toughest fish in even the worst of conditions. A member of the NZ Professional Fishing Guides Association, a licensed skipper and fully trained in first aid, Anton offers the kind of experience that is fully professional and customer focused.
Anton offers a wide range of experiences within the South Island. The mainstay of his guiding has been fly fishing for the brown and rainbow trout that inhabit the clear rivers of the South Island. In recent years, Anton has been targeting Yellowtail Kingfish in what is possibly New Zealand's most exciting saltwater flats fishery. It was Anton himself who discovered the flats fishery and as it is on his door step in Golden Bay, he has become the master of the fishery. He has a custom built boat with casting platform designed to give the angler the best opportunity to hook and land the powerful Kingfish.
